"After going through a realtor that we did not like, we finally got set up with Chris! He was AWESOME! Chris really did a great job of listening to what we liked and disliked about houses throughout our search and took it upon himself to drive by houses before going to see them. To even see if it was a decent house as Pictures are deceiving. Knowing already what we were looking for and saving us the time of actually driving up to a house that at first glance we knew we didn?t want to go in. This made looking for houses a lot more fun and less depressing when looking at houses with a limited budget. Chris is also licensed in OH and KY which was another bonus, Being new to the city we wanted to keep our options open in both places. Rather than having two realtors it was much nicer working with one for both states! I have Recommended Chris to FRIENDS and would recommend him to ANYONE that is looking for a great realtor that will take the time to listen to you and go the extra mile!
